Los Angeles, CA, August 19, 2003 - Metin Bereketli, Hollywood’s charitable international artist renown for his DIVERSITY-series of striking compositions and one-of-a-kind “Healing Art” therapeutic art program, will participate in the ARTISM FOR AUTISM ’03 Fundraiser Gala by donating his empowering original hand-painted masterwork, “Reaching Out.”

In the Gala event which will be held at the magnificent Crabtree Marriott Grand Hotel, 4500 Marriott Drive, Raleigh, North Carolina on September 20, 2003, Metin’s “Reaching Out,” valued at $30,000, will be offered to the exclusive bidding of A-for-A art lovers, starting at only $16,000.

Artism for Autism '03 Fundraiser Gala is presented by the Autism Autoimmunity Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to defining, treating and preventing autism and related disorders.

Funds raised will go to the autism research of Dr. Jeffrey Segal at Wake Forest University and related family-care programs.

All Gala guests will be able to meet this fast-rising star of the Hollywood art world and witness first-hand his compassion, powerful talent and generosity.

An internationally acclaimed Los Angeles based painter, Metin's contemporary works have been featured in galleries and exhibitions worldwide including the Smithsonian, Sotheby's Science Center, Paramount Pictures & Universal Studios and Hollywood & Highland.

Metin’s style and generosity has earned him the esteem of many American leaders, such as Presidents Bush and Carter.
